Join the Festivities with Your Pet!
One of the highlights of this year’s parade is the annual Pet Parade, where furry friends of all shapes and sizes will strut their stuff just before the main event. With no limits on the type of pet (provided they are leashed or in carriers), this part of the parade fosters a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Families are encouraged to come early, as the pet parade starts at 9:45 am, giving your pets a chance to shine! The people portion of the parade starts at 10:00am.
What's Next After the Parade?
The celebration doesn’t just end with the parade! After the festivities, attendees can visit the Sandhills Farmers Market in Tufts Memorial Park, offering local produce, crafts, and community interaction. It’s the perfect way to wind down and enjoy the summer day with family and friends.
